Aimee Cubbage, in her role as Chief Operating Officer, oversees Exponent’s service and solution areas including Service Operations and Customer Success. With a powerful connection to Exponent’s mission of leveraging technology for social impact, she works collaboratively within the partner, customer, and service team to build impactful and sustainable solutions that measurably improve the social safety net so vital in our world today in addition to driving innovation and value for emerging challenges we face.
Aimee spent the first 15 years of her career in the Public Sector mission-oriented agencies with a focus on strategic management, quality assurance, and technology consulting. She shifted focus in 2013 to bring her deep passion for both strategy, organizational transformation, and technology to the non-profit and education sectors. She has spent the last seven years helping a broad range of nonprofit organizations improve their ability to drive the outcomes needed to adapt to rapidly evolving landscape of technology.
Aimee lives just north of Annapolis, Maryland in Severna Park with her husband and three boys. She enjoys reading, writing, kayaking, and home improvement projects in her spare time.
