Kelly’s career passion is helping social impact organizations to use data strategically, better leverage data-informed practices and build human-centered impact evaluation designs and data systems. This work has taken her all over the globe, from serving two tours with the US Peace Corps in Ukraine and Zambia to leading the development of impact evaluation and program improvement strategies at a number of national and regional nonprofits.
Kelly holds a BA in Human Development from Boston College and a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from the Harris School at the University of Chicago. She enjoys creatively mixing her skills in hard data analysis as well an understanding of how humans learn and relate to one another in a way that amplifies the inspirational stories of the great work being done in the social impact sector.
Kelly lives in Berwyn, IL with her partner, dogs and very large extended family. In her free time she enjoys taking music classes, going to the dog park, running, gardening and generally learning by accident.
