Customer Success Training: Getting Started with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards

The Exponent Partners Customer Success team is offering new Salesforce trainings on topics that customers have requested to supplement our ongoing support services. Senior Consultant, Lara Kimberley and Support Services Engineer, Mira Greene will kick-off our training series at 11am PT/2pm ET on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

Getting Started with Dashboards and Reports will provide you with a foundational overview of report types as the building blocks of dashboards. The hour-long training session will include a mix of best practices, live demo, hands-on learning, and Q&A.

Session participants will learn to:

  • Explore the Lightning Report Builder
  • Extend and customize Nonprofit Success Pack  Reports
  • Create reporting solutions for frequently requested NPSP and ECM needs
  • Leverage resources for taking your reporting skills to the next level
