Jeremy Riga

Director, Integrated Operations

Jeremy joins Exponent Partners with nearly 22 years in information technology systems, operations, digital security, infrastructure, database/development, and automation. He loves building systems and processes, supporting and empowering people/teams, and solving the complex challenges and issues that organizations face. In addition to his love for all things technology, he believes that the right tools and team can help drive successful client outcomes and change lives. In the nonprofit world, he got an early start at age 13 working as a volunteer (with nearly 700 hours of contributed time!) at COSI (the Center of Science and Industry), where he helped others learn, see, and interact with science. Later, he returned as COSI’s Digital Strategy Manager, building and contributing to everything from web platforms and reservation systems to donor databases and special projects before spending the next 10 years in executive leadership serving as Director, then Senior Director, and ultimately Vice President, Technology for an Ohio-based marketing services firm.
