Courtney Good

Director, Markets and Portfolios

Courtney comes to Exponent Partners with over a decade of experience in both the software and nonprofit worlds and holds a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership. She began her career implementing enterprise healthcare systems before joining the nonprofit sector where she has held various roles in fundraising, administration, and program leadership. Most recently, she oversaw the visitor experience at a major regional museum where she project-managed the organization’s implementation of Salesforce, consolidating ticketing, membership, fundraising, education, and programming data in one place.

A systems nerd at heart, Courtney deeply appreciates Salesforce’s ability to inform data-driven strategies that work, increase efficiency, and better achieve organizational mission. She feels incredibly lucky that her job is to help nonprofits leverage this powerful tool to do more good.

During non-work hours, you can usually find cooking something delicious in the kitchen, adventuring around the Pacific Northwest with her husband and toddler, or organizing her life in color-coded spreadsheets.

Robine' Lunkwitz

Talent and Culture Business Partner

As a young adult, Robine’ was always interested in helping others which lead her to her first passion and love of social work. After working in this field and eventually burning out due to compassion fatigue, she opted to take a different role in the area of training and development. She went in with the mindset that all decisions to include training and development are based on psychology.

Her interest and passion quickly grew in the direction of consulting and understanding why organizations, stakeholders, and individuals do what they do.

That appetite rapidly grew into her pursuing another path both educationally and professionally subsequently earning a certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. What she realized along the way is that she has a great interest and appreciation for all individuals and the talent and experiences they bring to any organization in which they work.
