Mary Alice Dutkanicz

Senior Consultant

Mary Alice is a Senior Data Consultant with over ten years of Salesforce experience, specifically focusing on data migration for non-profit organizations. Before joining Exponent Partners, Mary Alice led a remote team of data migration specialists in implementing and migrating more than 400 non-profit arts organizations onto the Salesforce platform. She is passionate about taking on daunting or complicated tasks and finding ways to clearly communicate and execute their solution.

When she’s not moving data, the odds are high that you’ll find Mary Alice behind a music stand, making use of her BA in Vocal Music: singing and serving on the Board of her community choir, directing her church choir, or arranging and re-engraving a full library of cleaned and simplified sacred choral arrangements.

Charlotte Tsangu

Staff Accountant

As Staff Accountant, Charlotte is responsible for accounts receivable and provides general accounting support for our Finance division. Prior to joining Exponent Partners, Charlotte was an Accountant at Dock Mennointe Academy where she was responsible for accounts receivable as well as accounts payable. Charlotte also worked as a Staff Accountant for Carson Helicopter, Inc. and Royer Greaves School for the Blind.  Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Strayer University and is fluent in both English and French.

Matt Andert

Director, Integrated Operations

Matt Andert is a collaborative leader with broad experience in client success, enterprise transformation, and acquisition integration. With a focus on strategy and execution, Matt regularly works cross functionally with leaders and colleagues in Services, Product, Business Development, and Operations. Prior to joining Exponent Partners, Matt spent over 25 years in healthcare technology and improvement. He believes in leveraging data to drive decision-making and facilitating organizational change through key stakeholder engagement.

Outside of work, Matt is a novice (but learning) beekeeper who enjoys all outdoor activities. He is also a decent cook and an avid music lover. He and his wife, Cheryl, have sent four awesome kids out into the world to do great things, and have two cats and a rescue turtle named Martha remaining at home.

Tony DiSanza

Account Executive

Tony has been selling Salesforce solutions for the past 4 years focusing on customers in the Non Profit and Education industries.  Prior to selling Salesforce solutions, Tony consulted clients in a variety of industries, most specifically in Public Sector (Federal and State); Education and Media and Entertainment. He brings 20+ years of ERP consulting (HCM, Financials and Student Information) to supplement his Salesforce experience. He’s worked for Accenture, IBM, Cognizant and Appirio/Wipro as well as launched several start ups.

Tony is a certified Salesforce administrator and is sitting for additional certifications.

Tony is very involved with several non profits – he is a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida; The Ohio State University Fisher College Alumni Association as well as volunteering time with Second Harvest of Central Florida and the Sharing Center. He is a former board member for the Columbus Zoo and Board chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Ohio.

Tony lives in Orlando (Apopka) with his wife, Diane; 2 dogs, Brutus and Cooper who you’ll probably see on a Zoom call lounging on the couch. For fun, Tony is a certified scuba diving, having dove in the Great Barrier reef, wreck dives in Mexico and several other locations in the Atlantic. Though, if he’s at the beach, its on the Atlantic in Florida, which his wife forces him to go at least once per month. Even though Tony grew up in New York City (Queens);  he spent most of his life in Columbus, Ohio and considers himself a Buckeye.

Kai Harris

Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at Exponent Partners, Kai develops solutions to prospective client’s requirements.

Salesforce certified, a Masters in Nonprofit Administration, and years of executive level experience in both human service nonprofits and the technology space, Kai brings a wealth of lived expertise to Exponent Partners. He believes that people solve problems – technology supports people to do their work in the most effective manner and helps demonstrate their impact. Kai’s work has been featured by Salesforce and at national conferences.

Kai lives in Northern California with his wife and two children. He loves building train tracks with his kids, exploring and learning new things, overcast NorCal beach days, camping and hiking, and compulsively checking if the mail has been delivered (it hasn’t – yet).

Deborah Castillero

Account Executive

Deborah L. Castillero is an Account Executive responsible for driving revenue and partnerships for the West Coast region. She excelled in roles as Chief Growth Officer, Executive Director and Strategic Sponsorship Officer for several nonprofits and foundations overseeing growth, driving partnerships and marketing. As a tech enthusiast and product owner, she’s worked in edtech, fintech, and SMS building bilingual tech solutions to empower under-represented communities.

As a Latina, she’s developed successful multicultural marketing strategies to drive revenue for Fortune 500 companies including Sony Music, Procter & Gamble and Kraft. She’s a strong DEI advocate and enjoys mentoring DACA and underrepresented youth.

Annie LaCourt

Senior Consultant

Annie LaCourt is an experienced Salesforce consultant with domain expertise in housing, youth development, and non-profit finance.  She previously worked for the Boston Private Industry Council, YouthBuild USA and the Housing Partnership Network as  an information systems manager. She has been  implementing Salesforce for clients and employers since 2002.  Her focus is on creating systems with high quality user experiences in order to increase the accuracy and ease of data collection. 

Annie lives in the Boston area with her husband and their dog Toby. She has  two grown daughters both residing in Brooklyn, NY.   She is a member of the Arlington Town Meeting and the Arlington Finance Committee,  serves as treasurer for two local non-profits, builds regularly with the Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Core Team of Code for Boston.   When she isn’t in a meeting, Annie can usually be found in her garden, at the gym, or reading Talmud. 

Greg Rideout

Business Development Manager

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in elementary education from Colby College and went on to earn a master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. After two years of direct services in child welfare, Greg launched what has grown into a 25-year career in nonprofit management, including the last 20 years leading youth education and workforce development programming in New York City. 

Greg more recently served as Chief Program Officer for both Commonpoint Queens and Seneca Family of Agencies. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Services. Greg is based in New York City, NY.

He has not only been an ECM customer but he is very familiar with the value of our products, and will provide a unique perspective on how to best expand our markets.

David Collier

VP of Finance and Legal

David prepped to be lead Exponent’s finance and business operations throughout a 30+-year career managing both operational and financial teams for emerging companies. Working in various roles—as CFO, COO and President, among others—he has helped guide a number of growth technology companies across the IT services, health and life sciences, and mobility categories, providing both professional services and product offerings to their markets. David brings specific expertise working within the Salesforce ecosystem enhance his contributions to Exponent.  David brings his “get it done” attitude and cool-headed leadership skills to the Exponent team, beginning in 2019.

David holds both a BA in Business Finance and an MBA in Finance from University of Maryland.

Lisa Wallace

CRO

Lisa is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Exponent Partners and leads the company’s marketing, sales, solution engineering and partnership teams. Lisa’s background combines executive business development experience with nonprofit leadership experience. During her time at Salesforce, she excelled in roles as Senior Nonprofit Account Executive and Regional Vice President Nonprofits. A lifelong technology enthusiast, Lisa also worked at Fionta in the role of Data and Artificial Intelligence Strategist and at Apprenti as Vice President, Program Operations.  

Lisa finds joy in helping nonprofit organizations thrive and grow their mission. She lives on two acres in the country outside of Austin, Texas. 

Stacie Pallotta

COO

Stacie Pallotta leads our client success and services teams, as well as our integrated operations team, ensuring our clients’ consistently positive experiences. Stacie has worked in both non-profit and for-profit spaces, spending the majority of her career in the healthcare and healthcare technology ecosytems. She has led in startup environments as well as in large established organizations, and strongly believes in Exponent Partner’s mission to amplify nonprofit impact through right use of technology and information systems. She is especially excited by Exponent’s commitment to support the changemakers who drive positive social change, as reinforced by our certified B Corp status.

Stacie is an accomplished change leader, believing diverse and empowered teams can do truly incredible things, and her appreciation for using data to drive decision making is the foundation of her business acumen. She lives in Northeast Ohio and received a Master’s in Public Health from Case Western Reserve University, and when she’s not working, she’s likely playing outside.
