Annie LaCourt

Senior Consultant

Annie LaCourt is an experienced Salesforce consultant with domain expertise in housing, youth development, and non-profit finance.  She previously worked for the Boston Private Industry Council, YouthBuild USA and the Housing Partnership Network as  an information systems manager. She has been  implementing Salesforce for clients and employers since 2002.  Her focus is on creating systems with high quality user experiences in order to increase the accuracy and ease of data collection. 

Annie lives in the Boston area with her husband and their dog Toby. She has  two grown daughters both residing in Brooklyn, NY.   She is a member of the Arlington Town Meeting and the Arlington Finance Committee,  serves as treasurer for two local non-profits, builds regularly with the Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Core Team of Code for Boston.   When she isn’t in a meeting, Annie can usually be found in her garden, at the gym, or reading Talmud. 

Greg Rideout

Business Development Manager

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in elementary education from Colby College and went on to earn a master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. After two years of direct services in child welfare, Greg launched what has grown into a 25-year career in nonprofit management, including the last 20 years leading youth education and workforce development programming in New York City. 

Greg more recently served as Chief Program Officer for both Commonpoint Queens and Seneca Family of Agencies. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Services. Greg is based in New York City, NY.

He has not only been an ECM customer but he is very familiar with the value of our products, and will provide a unique perspective on how to best expand our markets.

David Collier

VP of Finance and Legal

David prepped to be lead Exponent’s finance and business operations throughout a 30+-year career managing both operational and financial teams for emerging companies. Working in various roles—as CFO, COO and President, among others—he has helped guide a number of growth technology companies across the IT services, health and life sciences, and mobility categories, providing both professional services and product offerings to their markets. David brings specific expertise working within the Salesforce ecosystem enhance his contributions to Exponent.  David brings his “get it done” attitude and cool-headed leadership skills to the Exponent team, beginning in 2019.

David holds both a BA in Business Finance and an MBA in Finance from University of Maryland.

Lisa Wallace

CRO

Lisa is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Exponent Partners and leads the company’s marketing, sales, solution engineering and partnership teams. Lisa’s background combines executive business development experience with nonprofit leadership experience. During her time at Salesforce, she excelled in roles as Senior Nonprofit Account Executive and Regional Vice President Nonprofits. A lifelong technology enthusiast, Lisa also worked at Fionta in the role of Data and Artificial Intelligence Strategist and at Apprenti as Vice President, Program Operations.  

Lisa finds joy in helping nonprofit organizations thrive and grow their mission. She lives on two acres in the country outside of Austin, Texas. 

Stacie Pallotta

COO

Stacie Pallotta leads our client success and services teams, as well as our integrated operations team, ensuring our clients’ consistently positive experiences. Stacie has worked in both non-profit and for-profit spaces, spending the majority of her career in the healthcare and healthcare technology ecosytems. She has led in startup environments as well as in large established organizations, and strongly believes in Exponent Partner’s mission to amplify nonprofit impact through right use of technology and information systems. She is especially excited by Exponent’s commitment to support the changemakers who drive positive social change, as reinforced by our certified B Corp status.

Stacie is an accomplished change leader, believing diverse and empowered teams can do truly incredible things, and her appreciation for using data to drive decision making is the foundation of her business acumen. She lives in Northeast Ohio and received a Master’s in Public Health from Case Western Reserve University, and when she’s not working, she’s likely playing outside.

Courtney Good

Director, Markets and Portfolios

Courtney comes to Exponent Partners with over a decade of experience in both the software and nonprofit worlds and holds a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership. She began her career implementing enterprise healthcare systems before joining the nonprofit sector where she has held various roles in fundraising, administration, and program leadership. Most recently, she oversaw the visitor experience at a major regional museum where she project-managed the organization’s implementation of Salesforce, consolidating ticketing, membership, fundraising, education, and programming data in one place.

A systems nerd at heart, Courtney deeply appreciates Salesforce’s ability to inform data-driven strategies that work, increase efficiency, and better achieve organizational mission. She feels incredibly lucky that her job is to help nonprofits leverage this powerful tool to do more good.

During non-work hours, you can usually find cooking something delicious in the kitchen, adventuring around the Pacific Northwest with her husband and toddler, or organizing her life in color-coded spreadsheets.

Rhys Cuff

Managed Services Consultant

Rhys is a Managed Services Consultant at Exponent Partners. They have been working with Salesforce since 2018, first as an Administrator and later as an Implementation Consultant. Outside of Salesforce, Rhys’s professional background is in IT support and law. They hold a BAS in Environmental Policy and a BA in History from the University of South Florida, and an AS in Network Administration from Daytona State College. Further professional interests include privacy, information security, and compliance.

Outside of work Rhys enjoys yoga, video games, Star Wars, visiting art galleries, and learning Spanish. They are a Florida native and have also spent time living in New Zealand, Mexico City, and Washington DC. When attempting to tame a wild Rhys, it is recommended to bribe them with an invitation to a photography exhibition and/or a bit of guava jelly.

Jill Michaelree

Manager, Contracts and Integrated Operations

Jill is a process-minded guide and “tech therapist” for non-profits, SaaS customers, CSMs, and Executives. Connecting with people and demystifying technology and systems for others are what I do best.

She knows the importance of quick, accessible data that doesn’t hinder daily workflow. Becoming Salesforce Certified after years of wrestling shoddy CRMs was such a breakthrough for her professionally.

Jill is a former fundraiser and forever non-profit enthusiast. Her favorite things are making non-profit administrators lives easier, hiking, throwing stuffed animals at her son, Twin Peaks, murder mysteries, and Lego. She is thrilled to work at an inclusive consultancy like Exponent!

Keddi-Anne Sherbino

Associate Account Executive

Keddi-Anne has over eight years of experience in sales and four years in marketing, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of British Columbia. She recently worked in the nonprofit education sector and has also taught at Niagara College Canada in the Sales and Marketing Department. She has years of experience volunteering and working abroad with various nonprofit organizations. One of her most memorable opportunities was helping in the Philippines after the Typhoon struck.

Keddi-Anne loves to connect with people, make them laugh, and feel empowered. She is always up for a challenge and especially enjoys being active. Outside of work you can find her running, at crossfit, hiking, and road biking.

Maryann Postiglione

Customer Success Specialist

Maryann has worked in the Salesforce Ecosystem for one year and hopes to make data accessible and digestible regardless of someone’s technology background. She found passion in data since working on her graduate degree in Nutrition when working with communities to discover deficiencies in access to quality food. Now she is excited to work with nonprofits to discover how they can improve the impact of their mission on the communities they serve.

She currently lives in San Diego with her two orange cats, and you can find her rock climbing, hiking, or painting in her free time.

Susan Harrison

Senior Consultant

Susan is a Senior Consultant focusing on solution design, complex implementation, and change management in some of Exponent Partners’ larger clients. She has particular expertise in K-12 education and human services business processes. Susan loves to combine her passion for technology and public service in a way that helps nonprofits and schools fulfill their missions. Her unique combination of experience and expertise includes five years building digital signal processing equipment for the intelligence community, two years serving as a public school teacher at a school she helped launch‚ and three years helping schools and nonprofits manage their data.

When she’s not working, Susan enjoys taking aerial acrobatics classes and investigating genealogy. Susan earned an M.S. in Information and Library Science from Drexel University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
