Rebecca Bailey brings 20+ years of nonprofit and philanthropy leadership experience to her role at Exponent Partners. Rebecca previously led a led multi-million-dollar philanthropic portfolio strategy in addition to serving in nonprofit leadership across professional membership associations, mental health and human services, and youth education, as well as high-growth technology companies. As a two-time nonprofit CEO with SROI training, she combines deep technology fluency with mission-driven strategy to help clients translate organizational goals into adaptive, outcome-focused systems. She earned her MBA from Royal Roads University, graduating with the Chancellor’s Award for the highest GPA among all MBA graduates.
