Taylor McGovern is an Account Director focused on nonprofit and philanthropy organizations, with more than eight years of experience in the Salesforce consulting ecosystem. She specializes in helping mission-driven organizations modernize operations, strengthen constituent engagement, and align technology investments with long-term organizational strategy. Prior to joining Exponent Partners, Taylor worked at another Salesforce consulting firm dedicated exclusively to nonprofit clients, building deep expertise across fundraising, program management, CRM strategy, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Before entering the consulting space, Taylor was an early employee at Classy, where she developed a strong foundation in nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement that continues to shape her client approach today. She considers herself a fundraising subject matter expert and first fell in love with nonprofit work accidentally after college while managing large fundraising galas.
