Customer Success Training: Planning for Lightning Migration

The Exponent Partners Customer Success team invites you to join a training series for Premium Support customers. Every other month we offer new trainings on topics that our Premium Support customers have requested to supplement our ongoing support services.

Senior Consultant, David Bruce and Support Services Engineer, Rachana Prasad will lead our next training at 11am PT/2pm ET on November 14, 2019.

Planning for Lightning Migration will give you the confidence you need to upgrade your Salesforce instance to Lightning.

Session participants will learn to:

  • Use and understand Salesforce’s preparedness tools
  • Determine what is essential for your organization’s initial roll-out and what can be tackled later
  • Deploy and test in a sandbox environment
  • Help reduce anxiety about the upgrade for you and your users
